Linwood C. Meehan III
Founder & President
Mr. Meehan received his MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College
(Winter Park, Florida) and his BBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia (Athens, Georgia). He has an
active Series 65 license and he maintains a 2-15 insurance license.
Immediately prior to establishing MCMG in 1999, Mr. Meehan served as a portfolio manager with a regional investment advisor where he was part of
a team managing approximately $250 million. While attending graduate school, he served as an analyst intern with a investment management
group that managed $2.4 billion amongst institutional pension portfolios.
Over the past decade, Mr. Meehan has become more involved in the smallcap and microcap arenas and prefers working with investment
opportunities that remain virtually undiscovered by the investing public through both his Private Client Group and via private equity investments.
Mr. Meehan is actively involved in the local community and he utilizes MCMG to assist in charitable giving opportunities. He is a member
at First Baptist Church of Windermere and is frequently involved as both a financial sponsor and youth football
and baseball coach at the Roper YMCA. He founded The Meehan Foundation, a private, not-for-profit foundation
dedicated to supporting non-profit organizations that he believes serve a worthy cause. Mr. Meehan is a Lifetime Member of Empire Who's Who,
and has been a speaker at entreprenuership conferences, with a particular focus on speaking to young adults.
Jennifer Crone
Director of Administration
Ms. Crone manages all general office duties, regulatory requirements, as well as internal accounting procedures including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
She maintains and prepares monthly financial and billing reports for internal use and outside advisors, including the firm’s attorney and CPA.
Ms. Crone graduated in 1994 from the University of Virginia. She is bilingual (English & Spanish) and is experienced in working in administration capacities within the financial industry
having worked at both large and small wealth management firms over the past 15 years in Florida and New York. She has been with Meehan Capital since its inception in 1999.
